This package is perfect for the couple who has secured their vendors and have finalized their design but are feeling overwhelmed with the logistics of putting their wedding day together! You want a professional to show you how your day will look from rehearsal practice to how you will leave your wedding reception and who will clean up when it is over. This package is all of this and whole lot more.

What’s Included:
3 In-Person or Virtual Meetings: We’ll get to know your vision and preferences.
3 Months of Customized To-Do List Check-ins: Stay on track with our guidance.
Preferred Vendor Recommendations: After signing, you’ll receive our list of trusted vendors.
Online Planning Portal: Aisle Planner for budgeting, design plans and more. It will keep all your planning materials organized in one place.
Create a Personalized Wedding Day Timeline and Floorplan of Ceremony and Reception: We coordinate with your vendors for a smooth event.
1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal Management: Ensuring everything flows perfectly.
Pick Up Personal (Small) Items and Set-Up and Breakdown at Venues: We’ll handle items like your guest book and welcome sign.
Up to 10 Hours of Day-of Coverage: Two coordinators will be there every step of the way from putting out your personal items for your photographer to passing out your getaway items to your guest for you exit and everything in-between!
Partial Planning:
This package is designed for the couple who have already secured their venue and date but want professional assistance with the remaining details. Our team will help you with budget development to securing other vendors and managing all the essential elements of your big day. If you want to be involved with you wedding planning but would like a planner to attend meetings and guide you, this package is for you!

Budget Development: We will breakdown your budget based on each wedding category.
Plan 2 Vendors: Reseach and manage two vendors of your choice and attend all meeting and calls with those vendors through your wedding planning. (other vendors can be managed as add-on’s)
Vendor List: Vendor list recommendations based on your budget and ideas.
Review Vendor Contracts: Before you sign, we will make sure everything is in order.
Design: Review and Guidance
